Where Is My Order?
To see the status of your order, please follow the tracking code link on the courier's website in the email we sent you to confirm your order. You can track it there.
If you are a Karle Packaging account holder and logged in when you placed your order, the tracking code will also appear in the Order History section of your account page. Login to your account.
If you cannot track your order through the link on the logistics carrier's website, you can track your package by visiting https://t.17track.net/.
If your package has been overdue for approximately 10 days and has still not arrived, please contact us and we will help find a solution.
